TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
It’s easy to see how the basket could have been left out of the box, but these people were completely disinterested and useless in getting one sent to me when notified numerous times. This rendered my purchase completely unusable if the Owner’s Manual is to be believed.
The Owner’s Manual is very poorly written.
The service was non-existent except to tell me how they pride themselves on their high rating.
I’ll wArn everyone I can. A good product is only as good as the customer care.
We have used this item multiple times since purchasing it, and it works well. Frozen french fries,carb, tater tots, egg rolls, etc. have turned out great.
Ever since our KOOC arrived, we have been using it daily for a variety of dishes and couldn't be more thrilled to have this compact air fryer performing double duty. My only regret, why hadn't I taken action years ago when friends and family raved about theirs.

We offer three shipping options:
Standard Shipping is for free when your order is above $19.9. Standard shipping normally takes between 3 to 7 business days, but may take longer for outlying areas.
Expedited Shipping normally takes between 2-3 business days.
Priority Shipping normally takes between 1-2 business days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are order-price based. Your cart at checkout will identify shipping fees. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you'll need to prepare the receipt or proof of purchase as well as reason for the return, and contact us at service@mykooc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return would not be accepted.
