1. 4 oz Corn oil
3. 2 oz Milk
4. 2 oz Low gluten flour
4 Egg yolks
4 Egg white
3 oz Sugar
7 oz Whipped cream
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:
Mix the corn oil and milk, add the low gluten flour and egg yolks and continue to mix until batter.
Add 1 oz sugar to egg white and whip with an electric beater.
Add another 1.3 oz sugar and continue to whip until dry peaks form.
Mix batter with 1/2 whipped egg white.
Mix with the remaining 1/2 whipped egg white.
Put the batter into a pastry bag.
Squeeze into a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Air fry to 135°C for 20 minutes.
Add 0.7 oz of sugar to whipped cream and whip until dry peaks form.
Fill the baked cake with cream and your favorite fruits.
