7oz Chopped onion
0.17oz Crushed black pepper
0.03oz Ground garlic
1oz Yellow mustard
1 Low-fat bread
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:Step 1. Mix minced beef, yellow mustard, cracked black pepper, salt and ground garlic.
Step 2. Pour oil into the pan and stir-fry chopped onion, add the minced beef until golden brown.
Step 3. Air fry the bread at 180°C for 10 minutes.
