80g Coconut milk
5g Chili powder
30g Lime juice
20g Minced ginger
2 Cloves of Garlic
10g Red sweet pepper powder
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Once the shrimp is defrosted, score down the back of the shrimp with a sharp knife. Devein the shrimp. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with kitchen towels.
Step 2: In a bowl, add coconut milk, chili powder, sugar, lime juice, ginger and garlic. Add shrimp, mix and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3: Remove shrimp from the marinade. Remove any excess marinade from the shrimp. Keep the marinade for later use. Put the shrimp on a foil and into the air fryer.
Step 4: Air fry the shrimp to 180 ℃ for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add marinade to a small pot and bring to a boil. Cook the marinade until it becomes creamy.
Step 5: Spread the creamy marinade on the shrimp evenly, and enjoy!
