2 Slices bread

150g Milk

50g Whipping cream

20g Cream cheese

20g Sugar

50g Shredded mozzarella cheese

Step by Step Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Cut the bread into cubes.

Step 2: Add the cubed bread into the milk until bread is covered and soaking up the milk.

Step 3: Remove bread from milk and place in an oven dish.

Step 4: Add whipped cream, cream cheese, eggs, and sugar to the milk and whisk together to make a pudding liquid.

Step 5: Pour the pudding liquid slowly into the oven dish.

Step 6: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on the surface.

Step 7: Set the air fryer temperature to 160℃ and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Step 8: Enjoy!
