0.03oz Black pepper
0.12oz Garlic powder
0.3oz Sweet pepper powder
0.05oz Onion powder
0.01oz Cinnamon powder
0.37oz Squeezed lemon juice
Step by Step Cooking Instructions:Step 1: To make marinade--mix sweet pepper powder, cinnamon powder, cumin, sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oil.
Step 2: Poke small holes in the chicken thighs with a knife to allow the marinade to go through.
Step 3: Spread the marinade evenly over the chicken thighs, seal with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Step 4: Wrap the chicken thigh roots with tinfoil to avoid burning. Air fry to 160℃ for 40 minutes. Turn the chicken thighs over in 20 minutes to cook on the other side.
