Fiery Devil's Chicken Thighs

The term "Devil" often equals a spicy dish, but not always. If you are afraid of spice, I do recommend you try this recipe. The use of multiple spices along with freshly squeezed lemon juice make these chicken thighs fire.

Ingredients:

6 pcs Chicken thighs

0.17oz Salt

0.03oz Black pepper

0.12oz Garlic powder

0.3oz Sweet pepper powder

0.05oz Onion powder

0.01oz Cinnamon powder

0.26oz Sugar

0.37oz Squeezed lemon juice

1oz Oil

0.05oz Cumin

Step by Step Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: To make marinade--mix sweet pepper powder, cinnamon powder, cumin, sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, oil.

Step 2: Poke small holes in the chicken thighs with a knife to allow the marinade to go through.

Step 3: Spread the marinade evenly over the chicken thighs, seal with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Step 4: Wrap the chicken thigh roots with tinfoil to avoid burning. Air fry to 160℃ for 40 minutes. Turn the chicken thighs over in 20 minutes to cook on the other side.

Enjoy!
